On Thursday, January 9th, Bulwark (Hard Spun x Awesome Bull) won the 4th race at Aqueduct Racetrack. Bulwark made an easy break from the gate where he held the first or second position for the entirety of the race. In the turn for home many horses tried to catch up, but Bulwark raced to the finish to win by over 3 lengths with a speed figure of 93.

Bulwark is trained by Rick Schosberg and ridden by Kendrick Carmouche. Vivien Malloy, owner and breeder, joined in the winner’s circle to celebrate the victory.
